Are you an experienced Senior Support Worker or Team Leader ready to take the next step in your career?

We are looking for a confident Team Leader to lead shifts, support staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to adults in a residential/supported living setting.

The role of Team Leader

✅ Lead shifts and provide direction to the staff team
✅ Support, mentor and develop Residential Support Workers
✅ Promote dignity, independence and person-centred care
✅ Ensure care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures are followed
✅ Support individuals with daily living, personal care and complex needs
✅ Maintain accurate records and effective handovers
✅ Work closely with the Deputy and Registered Manager

Team Leader Requirements

✔️ Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent
✔️ Experience in residential or supported living care
✔️ Previous senior/supervisory experience desirable
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔️ Calm, reliable and confident decision-maker
✔️ Enhanced DBS
✔️ Flexible and committed approach

Level 5 qualification, complex-needs experience and CQC/MCA/DoLS knowledge are desirable.
