Support Workers Required for Children’s Home in Westcliff Southend Essex SS0
We have an incredible opportunity to join our Solo Unit children’s homes located in Westcliff. We provide care and support high dependency children who have complex needs, EBD and display challenging behaviour. We try and make every day extraordinary for the children . Currently our home IS operational with solo placements and recently rated GOOD by OFSTED.

Support Worker Requirements
Please note applicants MUST meet the following requirements;
- Able to work Full time
- A full UK driving license
- Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
- An understanding that this role will require to undertake Enhanced DBS checks
- You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins(very occassionally)
- with full-time and part-time hours being available.
- Experience working and supporting 8-18 year old with EBD & challenging behaviour is a must
Join us as a Residential Support Worker at our home in Westcliff we can offer:
- £13 per hour plus £50 sleeps shift pattern normally 2 on 4 off
- 37.5 hours per week
- Shifts 0730 to 2200 – 0730 to 1500 – 1430 to 2200

- Ensuring that the needs of the young people are being met and reviewing and recording changes to those needs.
