Qualified Support Workers required  Children’s Home in Guildford Surrey GU2

We are looking for passionate Qualified Support Workers looking for their next challenge.

Our home is 4 Bedroomed and supports 10-17 year olds with EBD and challenging behaviours.Progression will be encouraged and investment in training is guaranteed to produce the dream team. Working in a new home with a new team and fresh ideas.

Support Worker Requirements

Please note applicants MUST meet the following requirements;

• Able to work Full time
• A full UK driving license
• Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
• An understanding that this role will require to undertake Enhanced DBS checks
• You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins with full-time and part-time hours being available.
• Experience working and supporting 8-18 year old with EBD & challenging behaviour
