Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home
📍 Telford (TF1/TF2) & West Bromwich (B71)

💷 Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

We are looking for enthusiastic, committed Deputy Managers to support the running of children’s residential homes caring for young people aged 8–18 with EBD and challenging behaviours.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Willingness to complete Level 5 Leadership and Management.
• At least 24 months’ residential childcare experience and 12 months’ supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, safeguarding and team-management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, care planning and managing challenging behaviours.

We are looking for resilient, reliable individuals who can lead by example, support staff, promote positive outcomes for young people and maintain high standards of care.
