💷 Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
An exciting opportunity for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join a children’s residential home supporting young people aged 8–18 with EBD and challenging behaviours.
The ideal candidate will have:

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

24 months’ residential childcare experience and 12 months’ supervisory experience.

Strong leadership, safeguarding and team-management skills.

Knowledge of relevant legislation and managing complex behaviours.

A willingness to work towards a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification.
You will support the Registered Manager, lead and develop the team, maintain high standards of care and help young people achieve positive outcomes.
