Registered Manager – Adults Residential Home Kettering Northamptonshire NN15
Salary: From £47,500 per annum
Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for the opportunity to take full ownership of a residential care service?
We are looking for a confident and passionate leader to oversee the quality, performance and day-to-day management of the service, ensuring people receive safe, effective and truly person-centred care.

About the Role of Registered Manager
You will:

Lead, support and develop the management and care team.

Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and CQC compliance.

Oversee care plans, risk assessments, audits and quality improvement.
-
Manage recruitment, supervision and staff performance.
-
Build strong relationships with families, commissioners and professionals.
-
Manage staffing and budgets effectively.
-
Create a positive environment where people feel valued, respected and empowered.
-
Drive continuous improvement and help shape the future of the service.
Requirements of Registered Manager
We are looking for someone who has:

Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent.

At least 3 years’ experience in adult social care.

Experience working in a regulated care environment.

Strong knowledge of CQC, safeguarding, MCA and DoLS.
-
Proven leadership and staff management experience.
-
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
-
A calm, resilient and compassionate approach.
-
A genuine commitment to improving people’s lives.
Experience supporting individuals with complex needs or behaviours that challenge would be advantageous.
