I have a lovely lady who has been working in Care since she was 17 and has worked her way from Support worker to Operations Manager. She had x 3 breaks in work x 2 having children x 1 looking after her mother in law.
She is now looking for RM or Operations role
This lady lives in the Canterbury area and will travel 10-15 miles ( needs to be close incase of emergencies.)
Fully qualified most of her Management has been with Elderly but has LD experience too.
I had the perfect role for her but it was filled but want to find her something else for her
